About the film
Congo Mirador, a town south of Lake Maracaibo, is the largest oil field in Venezuela. The people there are preparing for the parliamentary elections. While Tamara, the Chavist party representative fights by all means to get votes, the opposition representative Natalie only tries to leave her job as teacher. With her sharp eyes, little Yoaini sees her community sinking from sedimentation and her childhood with it.
