About the film

In the middle of the most important social movement of the last 25 years, which demands a better education and an open democracy, a group of 5 candidates begin the presidential campaign. Avoiding any camera movements and focusing on the elements inside the frame, this documentary shows the “big carnival” of the media and the propaganda in which the presidential candidates plunge. A visual journey through the most singular and different corners of the Chilean presidential campaign of 2013 made by a group of young filmmakers from the foundation MAFI. The film offers a different point of view on the current global situation and a subtle insight into the demands and contradictions of the presidential race as well as the double standards of the citizens.
