Zita Folkets Bio is the oldest autonomous cinema in Stockholm. The cinema’s task is to show quality films for both adults and children that do not usually appear on the bigger cinemas.
About the film
Inés travels to Kiruna and looks back to her past written in hundreds of letters between her, exiled in Sweden, and her father, imprisoned for 14 years in Uruguay. Letters in which they shared their dreams and difficulties, and the struggle against absence, where writing and family became a bridge to one day be together again.
