About the film

Hidden behind a white hazmat suit and orange gloves, Eusebio, take responsibility for Joaquín, an eight-year-old orphan, who has been left behind in the middle of a mysterious and lethal epidemic in Lima. Following a real narrative convention, Eusebio takes care of the child in a slowly dying ghost town with the mission of finding the boy’s remaining relatives. What begins as a reluctant setup develops into a meaningful bond between a solitary, middle-aged forensic cleaner at a hospital and a kid, whose mother has succumbed to the disease.
